The first stop on our educational tour of India is the ancient university of Nalanda. Said to be one of the world's oldest universities, Nalanda was a centre for Buddhist studies and a world-renowned centre of learning from the 5th to the 12th centuries. It boasts a library of over 9 million volumes and a complex that covers over 16 hectares. Students can explore its ruins and learn about the university's rich history and contribution to education in India.

Our third stop is Bangalore, which has recently become known as India's answer to Silicon Valley of the East. It's one of India's fastest growing cities and is renowned for its technology industry and innovative startups. We recommend taking a peek into some of the tech companies based out of Bangalore to gain an understanding of how technology can be used to drive economic growth.
